jacob Christiansen - eagle mountain, Ut
My name is Jacob Christiansen and I was born and have lived in Eagle Mountain, Utah for my entire life. I was born into a family of 8 siblings with seven brothers and one sister, the youngest in our family. Growing up I wasn’t excited about anything and had no drive which led to disfunctional behavior that got me sent to a residential treatment center in St. George, Utah. After spending 10 months away from home my mind and becoming the mentally and emotionally capable person I knew was always somewhere inside me waiting to come out finally showed himself. I came home with new goals, desires, and opportunities. Which led me to Anthem Preparatory a place with structure and a brotherhood on a team I never believed I could be a part of. And I began a new life determined to create an amazing athlete, friend, child, brother, and so much more. I have dreams of attending college (D1) for basketball as well as a great education and becoming a successful businessman.
Anthem Prep’s academic system is like none other, with huge opportunities to better all aspects of myself and achieve my goals.
For now, my favorite subject is Anatomy, because I learn things I enjoy learning and it challenges me.
